Group HR Manager

Fantastic opportunity for an HR Manager to join this hugely successful consultancy which offers project management and procurement services to international organisations.

You will be managing all aspects of the central Human Resources function.

· Managing all employment records

· Being available at all times to deal with employees’ concerns and questions relating to a variety of      personnel matters

· Working with the MD and other Directors when recruiting new staff, including interviewing (in some circumstances), drafting offer letters and then subsequently, Employment Contracts to a standard Group format

· Collecting starter information for new employees and arranging induction training, where appropriate

· Reviewing, developing and improving the Group’s Employment Manual, employment policies and contracts of employment

· Managing and monitoring employee absences

· Dealing with all disciplinary matters, in accordance with the Group’s Disciplinary Procedures

· Dealing with leavers and developing a Group procedure for exit interviews

· Drawing up the annual pay review papers for each company

·  Collecting and submitting monthly payroll inputs to our external payroll bureau, checking and reconciling payroll out-puts and ensuring payslips are correctly distributed to staff in a timely manner

· Dealing with end of tax-year returns, such as P11Ds and P60s

· Visiting our major offices in the UK from time to time to hear and deal with any staff concerns

·  Assisting the MD in managing the Group’s; insurances and documentation, vehicle fleet (including Excise Duties), Medical Health Life Assurance and Pensions Schemes (which are out-sourced to a qualified IFA firms)

· From time to time assisting the MD in dealing with the ‘on-boarding’ of new staff, through acquisitions and assisting in any TUPE related matters
