German speaking Fraud Analyst

Main responsibilities:

* Learning about background and credit checks
* Researching and evaluating seller transactions and documentations to ensure all information is correct and consistent
* Investigating suspicious activities or trends
* Liaising with the seller via email and phone and taking them through the onboarding process
* Evaluating the risk of fraud and reporting to your line manager
* Taking action to minimize fraud
* Managing customer services quality levels

Candidate requirements:

* Working towards or recently achieved a 2:1 degree or above
* Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
* Strong writing and problem solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers
* Demonstrated ability to work independently
* High attention to detail and inquisitive nature
* Experience of working in a fast paced and target driven environment
