PA within Bespoke Travel Company

PA WITHIN BESPOKE TRAVEL FIRM - MAYFAIR                     £35000 - £40000

This is a really varied 1:1 PA role supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager of a Luxury Bespoke Travel Firm which caters to the worlds jet-set, they are looking for someone who has come from a dynamic background who has experience of providing very strong support to a busy individual.  The boss spends much of their time travelling to the various offices around the world, so requires someone with the aptitude to deal with things on their behalf.  You will need to have customer-facing experience and have excellent writing and spoken English as you will often need to respond to things on their behalf.

Main elements of the role will be acting as a gatekeeper, to make best use of their time, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with co-workers

Full meeting management support, including arranging meetings, preparing agendas, ensuring they are well prepared/briefed, collating and circulating papers, progressing actions, taking and
circulating minutes;

Proactive coordination of constantly changing global travel arrangements – including visas, flight
bookings and accommodation bookings;
Producing and editing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
