Our client, a boutique financial services business, is seeking a professional receptionist to support their front of house team on a temporary basis. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and often high net worth individuals and must be confident in hosting them.

You will have experience in a reception capacity, and be capable with managing a busy switchboard. Ideally, you will be educated to graduate level or equivalent but this is not essential. You will be a polished and professional hostess, eager to go above and beyond the call of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a busy reception desk
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Managing the general inbox
  • Managing a busy diary
  • Maintaining the meeting rooms and preparing them for conferences and business meetings
  • Arrange travel for executives
  • Franking post and arranging couriers
  • Other ad-hoc duties
