A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Secretary to join an independent and highly successful Accountancy Practice based in North West London. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a small team.

Duties include:

· Providing Secretarial support the director and team
· Diary management, organising internal and external meetings
· Composing emails and correspondence
· Organising and preparing meeting notes and presentations
· Arranging conference calls
· Audio/copy typing of all documentation
· General secretarial support

Skills and attributes:

· Previous Secretarial experience ideally in a similar role
· Audio Typing
· Strong IT skills
· Good organisational skills

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Secretary to join this established and successful company. The candidate will benefit from working closely with an entrepreneurial Director and a very friendly team. The offices are centrally located, within walking distance of shops and entertainment venues. Easily accessible by public transport.
