Our client, a very prestigious and successful property company based in London's vibrant West End are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their vibrant offices that deal predominantly with high end and prestigious West End Properties.

Duties will include:
* Providing Administrative Support to the lettings department
* Liaising with high profile clientele
* Producing and processing all new tenant paperwork
* Typing of correspondence
* Preparing tenancy agreement & renewal documents
* Preparing and updating property lists
* Updating internet and property portals
* Arranging for photographs to be taken of properties
* Processing and preparing invoices
* Assisting with Ad-hoc projects
* Maintaining the key system

Skills and attributes:

* Previous lettings Administration experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask
* Articulate
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
* Solid IT skills
