Award-Winning Insight and Brand Consultants - Head of HR (London)

This Global Insight and Innovation Agency, who are growing hugely within the U.K to become a market-leader, are looking for an experienced and efficient Head of HR for their London office, who can fit in with their unique culture, while ensuring that the Agency goes from strength to strength.  With a worldwide presence, working with some of the biggest clients and with the most commercially successful Agencies, this Generalist role will see you support in the delivery of operational HR delivery to develop and embed best practice HR initiatives, systems and policies across the London business. 

Working alongside two Global HR Directors and with three direct reports, this role will see you have your own autonomy in all areas to improve the business and output of the Agency.   You will be responsible for driving HR initiatives and ensuring HR policies are optimised in a fair, consistent and legal manner. 

You will also be charged with ensuring the HR admin team are providing operational excellence in all the core areas of the HR function.  This will involve driving feedback mechanisms and overseeing the freelancer/intern process, lead in business restructures, providing leadership to the HR team, supporting the HR Directors in rolling out group initiatives, Employee Relations, managing Maternity and Paternity requests and building relationships with fellow employees.

The role will also involve working on various projects as and when required and will see you as the lead on all Award submissions for the various ceremonies which the Agency take part in.
