Talent Manager

The role:

• Identifying top tier talent.
• Mapping, reviewing and working to retain and develop top talent.
• Work in partnership with HR leads to conduct talent reviews, understanding themes and working to devise realistic talent strategies and workforce plans.
• Supporting succession planning for business critical roles.
• Design and delivery of global leadership development programmes and communities
• Supporting the development of specific talent groups / individuals through; coaching support, delivering online and interview based 360s, psychometric testing, results analysis and reporting back detailed feedback, team effectiveness work and researching and selecting appropriate external training providers, courses, coaches or programmes.

• Leading talent management within professional experience
• Experience of working with senior leaders (Exec level)
