6 Month FTC: Commercial Legal PA at International law firm to £32,000 pro rata

Successful International law firm is looking to hire a Commercial Legal PA on an initial 6 month fixed term contract to work in their busy Commercial, IT and Outsourcing department.  Responsibilities will include arranging lots of extensive diary and travel arrangements, arranging for files to be opened and closed, entering and updating client details and relevant information onto Interaction, ensuring that the client portal is maintained at all times, working alongside the BD team to take ownership of the administrative organisational aspects of UK and International client seminars and events, dealing with client queries in a positive and responsive approach in the absence of fee earners, building an understanding of the fee earners’ work and any other duties as and when required.  Candidates need to be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, regularly act on their own initiative, highlighting issues and suggesting possible solutions. Candidates should also be accurate touchtypists and have a good working knowledge of the standard Microsoft Office package.  Standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm.
