PA to Directors of Finance, HR, Risk Governance within Wonderful Not for Profit Company. Please note, this role is based near to Woking in Surrey.
This is a fantastic role supporting three very inspirational Directors.
Duties within the role would involve:
1.Provide a proactive and efficient administrative support service to the Directors of Finance, HR and Risk Governance
2.Deal with matters arising and problems which may occur in their absence and update them accordingly.
3.Arranging meetings including agendas, invites, minute taking and distribution of papers as well as the screening, filtering and actioning of incoming emails, phone calls and post. Arrange venues, catering, travel and other logistics with other staff where necessary.
4.Maintain budget records and administer day to day transactions including raising purchase orders, requesting invoices and cheques, completing expense claims and maintain accurate records.
5.Organise the preparation, collation, photocopying and distribution of papers for the committee meetings for which the Directors have responsibility. Make all necessary arrangements for the setting up of the meetings, liaising with staff when held at other venues.
6.Assist with planning for the company events, including co-ordination of complimentary tickets for staff/volunteers across departments.
7.Liaise with senior staff in all departments and other outside organisations closely associated with the Society on behalf of the Directors
8.To ensure own safety, and the safety of others who may be affected by your actions. Employees must follow instructions and co-operate at all times with their line manager to enable the company to meet its legal responsibilities. Employees must stop work if the nature of the situation involves risk of serious injury to any person and must report any hazardous situation or defective equipment to their line manager without delay.
9.To undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required of you in the post.
