An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an International Company as Business Support Administrator in Reading. If you have experience in recruitment and/or HR, budget tracking as well as experience with SharePoint this could be a great career move and opportunity for you! You will be responsible for managing communications to the European Talent Acquisition Team, planning Europe-wide events, report creation as well as being the overall point of contact for the Europe Team and partner groups. It is a unique 7 month maternity cover to experience first hand a global company.
This is a busy and interesting role requiring the ability to be discreet, self sufficient and professional.
You will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Be highly organised and great attention to detail with the ability to prioritise
- Be confident and assertive
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Very professional and have the ability to maintain client relationships
