Rewards Coordinator - HR, West London ref 5033
Our client,a nationally recognised company with an international reach, are looking for a Rewards Coordinator to join their wider HR team. Reporting in to the Rewards Manager this position will be essential for the smooth running and project management of the reward suppliers across the company.
Dealing on a commercial level with suppliers of cars, healthcare and other staff benefit providers, the hired candidate will be able to provide a track record of managing relationships of this kind, preferably in a larger organisation. A constantly evolving role, this is suited to someone looking for a challenging, but enjoyable position, who is capable of taking on further responsibility as the role progresses.
Due to the nature of the role, previous rewards co-ordination experience is essential, be that in a generalist HR with project reward work, or in a similar rewards coordinator role. This can be from any industry as long as you have the desire to work in a fast paced, ever changing and dynamic environment.
