Exceptional PA required - Mayfair based Investment House

A boutique Investment Management House based in stunning Mayfair offices is looking for a bright, polished, unflappable and confident PA to support a Portfolio Manager and their small team.

As a PA your role will include; diary management, booking travel and accommodation, organising meetings, responding to telephone queries in an efficient and professional manner, working on reports and creating presentations on PowerPoint, filing and expenses as well as portfolio administration; formatting and sending valuations and reports to clients. 

The ideal PA will be degree educated and have at least 2 years’ experience within a professional environment. You will be immaculately presented, a team player with a muck-in attitude and strong work ethic.
