A truly wonderful all round PA / Office Manager opportunity has arisen in a boutique exec search company in the City. Working in this lovely family feel atmosphere, you will have the important role of supporting the whole office with PA / Team Assistant, EA, Office Management, and Reception duties.

This will be a busy PA / Office Manager role where standards are high, but the culture is also relaxed and positive. As the only support in the office, the Team Assistant / Office Manager role will be very diverse with lots of scope to get more involved as your role develops.

  • Extensive global diary and travel coordination
  • Extensive VIP client and candidate liaison and relationship building
  • Drafting high end proposals and pitch documents
  • Corporate marketing material and e-shots
  • CV formatting
  • Managing the database / CRM
  • Streamlining processes and company docs
  • Client research projects
  • Client dinners
  • Office Management
  • Reception / meeting and greeting / teas and coffees for meetings
  • PA duties to Partners, Consultants and Researchers

This is a brilliant chance for a self-starter PA / Office Manager with recruitment experience who has a proactive, incredibly driven and focussed attitude to join a fun and friendly team!

The ideal PA / Office Manager candidate will have:

  • PA / Team Assistant / Office Assistant experience, ideally in a recruitment or executive search environment
  • Degree or equivalent / excellent written English
  • Happy to work in a small, relaxed office
  • Positive, cheerful, and professional person who doesn't take themselves too seriously!
