The main purpose of this role is to be part of the customer service team to higher performance and achieve standards, to ensure client loyalty to the brands through consistently excellent levels of service, to continually improve and develop the service standards by different ways of communication and meet and exceed customer expectations on all networks.   Required experience: Customer Service/Hospitality experience, including handling higher level complaints
The ability to communicate with external and internal clients at all levels   Technical skills / abilities: Computer Literate
