A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced facilities/operations administrator to join our client, who own world renowned advertising, marketing, public relations, studios and media companies around the world, in their Operations department. Located in Battersea you will join a friendly and hardworking team as an Operations Administrator on a 3 months fixed term contract. To be considered for this role you will have top communication skills, a real customer services ethos and a can-do attitude. Operations is a such a multi-dimensional department where you will turn your hands to supporting with meeting room management, travel requests, adhoc projects and events support, maintaining and updating records, files and logbooks, health & safety management and all general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.

You will ideally be of graduate calibre, have good working knowledge of MS Office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. A good level of numeracy is a must alongside an enthusiastic and flexible approach. Experience with facilities administrative tasks would be highly desirable.
