EA for global private equity - superb new opportunity!

One of the world’s most successful global Private Equity firms is looking to hire a wonderful PA.  This is a superb opportunity for a well-established, bright and experienced PA who has a good understanding of what is like to work within Private Equity/ Investment firms. You must have supported at Partner level in the past and be incredibly confident ability as an EA. 

In this role you will be supporting busy partners who require you to make sure their lives are made as easy as possible they have incredibly busy meeting schedules, travel extensively across the globe and have high standards at all times.  You will not be a clock watcher and happy to really excel when needed. No task is to small in this role!

The duties will include complex diary management, global travel arrangement and expenses, preparation for important client documents including portfolio company packs, minutes in meetings, printing out travel documents, quarterly client reports  and adhoc private PA duties. 

The roles are traditional in a sense that you will be taking on a large range of PA duties so you must enjoy a role like this.  The firm really is exceptional with interesting investments and deals taking place. 

Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
