Our client a Property agency based in the West End requires an Administrator to start ASAP. You will work a 40hr week Mon - Fri - 9am - 6pm but on a Monday 8 30am - 6pm and Friday 9 - 5 30pm.

The main duties are:

  • Update and maintain company website, portals, magazine, window displays and marketing schedule
  • Co-ordinate touts and canvassing
  • Maintain relationships with current suppliers; supervise existing and upcoming projects and ensure they are completed within budget and on schedule
  • Maintain filing systems and monitor stationery supplies
  • Produce letters and general correspondence for customers and clients
  • Co-ordinate incoming and outgoing post
  • Welcome clients / customers / cover phones and reception during busy periods
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Co-ordinate advertising; providing required content to suppliers to meet deadlines
  • Assist with the set-up and maintenance of office systems and continually seek to improve systems and increase efficiency
  • Maintain and advance the efficiency of the internal company shared drive
  • Responsible for social media marketing platforms
  • Implement and maintain a system to ensure company compliance with industry guidelines and requirements - money laundering, contract management for new instructions. With special focus on AML (Anti Money Laundering)
  • Diary management
  • Data input to CRM
  • Oversee management of keys

The successful candidate will have previous administration experience and who has an interest in property. You need to be friendly, polite with positive 'nothing is too much trouble' approach. You need to be a team player, flexible, keen to get involved in a number of different tasks, you need to be efficient and able to work well under pressure. You need to have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, able to work alone, have good knowledge of and be fully competent in Microsoft Office and able to operate office equipment confidently.
