This is a superb opportunity for a bright HR business analyst / administrator to join an established team within a philanthropic organisation in the heart of Mayfair.

Your role is key and will involve reporting to the board, working closely with all levels within the firm, being the first point of contact for all enquiries (patience and good humour are essential attributes). This is a great job for a super bright HR administrator to take a step up.

You will be involved from the start.

  • Maintaining and managing all HR systems
  • Producing and analysing reports and liaising closely with management
  • Liaising with training providers to arrange internal workshops and external training
  • Liaising with benefits providers on changes
  • Drafting changes to contracts and correspondence
  • Working closely with Executive Search firms and Recruiters
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, arranging interviews, scheduling and arranging all travel for candidates
  • Taking part in interviews
  • Ensuring the delivery of a highly effective on boarding process
  • Monitoring probation periods, producing associated paperwork
  • Managing the leaver process
  • Arranging the induction session, coordinating presentations and chairing the sessions
  • Collating monthly payroll, ensuring changes are captured and aligned

Our client would ideally like the following education & experience 

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Potentially part CIPD qualified desirable
  • Excellent up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practice ideally
  • Experience of using HR information systems, Cascade experience desirable
  • Experience of working in a small HR team within the not-for-profit sector

  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written as well as strong interpersonal skills and work well as a team player
