I am looking for candidates who are available to start work on 14th November. This is a busy and demanding role working for one of the UK’s leading residential house builders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively managing the Sales Director’s diary. Ensuring all meetings are fully prepared for and reacting quickly to deal with last minute changes.
- Organising the Sales Director’s inbox, making sure all emails are dealt with in a timely manner. Responding to emails on behalf of the Sales Director and use initiative to action things immediately where possible.
- Filter general information, queries, messages and invitations to the Sales Director and take forward as appropriate.
- Preparing and formatting reports and presentations, including being responsible for the calculation and issuing of all commission bonus’ for the sales team.
- Providing support to the wider sales team. This includes logging all holidays and absences, managing expenses, organising training, implementing and managing procedures.
- Keeping organised and efficient filing systems. Ability to learn how to use the ocmpany’s inhouse database.
- Work as part of a team with the other departmental PAs. Along with the other PAs, provide cover on reception when the receptionist has breaks.
Key Skills:
- Able to liaise with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external, in a professional manner in order to build effective working relationships.
- Good numeracy skills and accuracy in written English.
- Absolute discretion when dealing with private and confidential information.
- Happy to act as the ‘go-to’ person for the sales team as the first line of contact.
- Approachable and friendly manner, able to cope under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
- Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
- Accuracy in all tasks with excellent attention to details skills.
- Excellent numeracy and Microsoft Office skills. Advanced knowledge of Excel would be particularly useful.
