Paralegal in Finance - Maternity Contract

A large and successful investment firm are looking for an in-house Paralegal on a maternity contract. You would need experience in both Paralegal roles and within a financial services environment.

The legal team is responsible for counsel in a number of areas including investments and regulatory oversight, fund launches and maintenance across investment themes and they require an experiened Paralegal to join them.

This Paralegal role will be responsible for reviewing and handling fund documentation, fund filings and fund registrations (in particular UCITS IV SICAV funds) and handling KIID documentation. You will assist legal counsel in all aspects of launching open and closed ended funds, review confidentiality agreements and assist with other trading documents. Your secondary Paralegal responsibilities will include assisting the legal counsel with other fund related agreements and other legal initiatives as requested.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years work experience as a Paralegal preferably within the financial services industry and will also have an undergraduate degree, outstanding attention to detail and strong personality to work within a dynamic team.
