PA to ECD - TOP ADVERTISING AGENCY - 35K

Exciting creative Advertising agency are looking for a top class PA to support the ECD and a thriving team! The role requires an enthusiastic and pro-active PA with exceptional organisational skills and a solid knowledge of advertising and creative departments. In return you will work in one of the major hubs of the advertising world, alongside inspiring and exciting creatives! Based in central London is stunning offices, you will be surrounded by a vibrant and passionate team of likeminded people.

On a daily basis your role will include being the first POC for the ECD, acting as a gatekeeper in an approachable but effective way. You will manage up, to ensure the ECD is where he needs to be at all times and will manage all logistics (travel, diary, conference calls, visas etc). You will also deal with timesheets and expenses as required and will help with any ad hoc admin as required.

To be considered for this role you MUST have at least 2 years’ experience as a PA/EA within advertising. You will be confident, diplomatic and an excellent communicator (both written and verbal). You must take ownership of your work and be persistent and a problem solver – you should take real pride in your work. You should have Advanced Office skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience of Mac and Keynote would be useful). You must be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and do so in a professional and positive way while being suited to a creative company!
