Forward thinking and rapidly expanding Digital Fashion agency require a top notch Opertions Manager to join their large team. This is a great opportunity for a creative Operations Manager to get involved in an exciting venture in a beautiful office in central London. On a daily basis you will be implementing new systems and putting procedures in place. You will deal with all vendors and suppliers, oversee any space allocations within the office, assist HR with new starters, manage 2 direct reports (Receptionists) and oversee IT and PA team. You will be kept busy in a varied role with many different aspects, so you must be able to think on your feet and be a creative, solutions focussed type!
The ideal candidate will have 3 years+ Ops Manager experience within creative (digital, media, fashion preferred). You will be polished and professional but down to earth and fun. You must have previous Line Management experience and be focussed on staff retention. You will be IOSH or NEBOSH qualified. You should have a passion for the industry and love what you do!
