£22,000 + benefits

Are you looking for your first role within banking? Do you have strong customer services experience? Look no further! This is NOT a call centre environment.

My client an award winning Bank based in the heart of the City is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join their customer services team.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience and an understanding and patient nature.

You will pride yourself on delivering a personal, friendly and efficient service and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills which will enable you to engage in effective conversations with clients and customers alike.

Day to day duties will include opening customer accounts and updating the company systems appropriately, contacting customers via telephone and written follow-ups to resolve queries, processing welcome packs and upload all new customers plus various other ad hoc duties.

This is a sociable, work hard play hard environment, they are well known for their excellent customer service to date and they are always looking to advance in this area.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 A Level’s grade C or above, a degree is desirable but not required.
