PA 6 month Fixed Term Contract

We are recruiting for a PA for Business Psychologists based in central London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has supported within a busy role. You will have professional services experience as a PA and will be available immediately. The role is for 6 month. You will be degree educated (or equivalent).

Duties;

• Complex diary management and scheduling, working to tight deadlines
• Liaising with clients
• Managing emails and fielding calls
• Arranging travel
• Proof reading and audio typing
• Document management and filing
• Creating PowerPoint presentations
• Project Management

You will have supported within a 1:1 PA role before and will be able to commit to the assignment
