Our client, a leading multi-service law firm, is seeking a Legal Secretary to support the Private Client team within their Leicester office.
You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, enabling the legal teams to provide excellent service.
Duties:
*Production of correspondence and documentation using digital dictation
*Acting as first point of contact, taking messages or answering queries where appropriate
*Processing and progressing files using the case management system
*Producing bills and other financial administration
*Managing diaries, planning and organising meetings
*Making travel arrangements
*Support with other general administrative tasks e.g. filing, archiving
What we're looking for:
*Previously Legal Secretarial experience is essential
*Experience within a Private Client team would be ideal but is not essential
*Minimum Grade C at GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
*Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Fast and accurate keyboard skills
*The ability to build strong working relationships
*Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
