This boutique yet innovative law firm with offices in the heart of the City is seeking a proactive Legal Secretary with previous Litigation experience to support one of their rapidly growing teams.
This role is initially offered as a 6 month fixed term contract, with the potential to become permanent.
The Legal Secretary will wide ranging support to the Litigation team, composed of Partners and Associates, to include diary management and preparation of correspondence and other legal and marketing related documents. Document management and assistance with document design will also be required.
Further duties of the Legal Secretary will encompass billing, coordinating corporate events and travel, as well as minuting of group meetings, acting as first point of contact for the team in person and by phone, and a range of ad hoc administrative tasks such monthly expenses and updating of CRM records.
To secure this fantastic opportunity, you will require at least 3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary supporting a Litigation team, as well as an excellent working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, an ability to think on your feet, and the skills necessary to balance a varied workload in order to meet deadlines are paramount.
