This award-winning commercial law firm, with offices nationwide, are seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant with supporting multiple Directors, to join their busy Birmingham office on a permanent basis.
As Personal Assistant to the Directors, you will be responsible for providing a range of secretarial and administrative support, to include the effective management of their schedules, booking of travel, and production of correspondence and documentation, as well regular liaison with key clients, and the drafting and proof-reading of letters.
Other responsibilities of the Personal Assistant will include undertaking research and supporting with a range of projects, as well as managing the communication flow between the Directors and the wider business.
To secure this prestigious PA role, you will need to possess previous experience of supporting multiple Directors, ideally within the Professional Services sector.
Your excellent communication skills, a flexible and adaptable approach, and the ability to work independently, together with strong systems knowledge, will allow you to thrive and add value within a supportive and progressive working environment.
