Are you fluent German and English? A privately owned Investment firm is in need of a fluent German and English receptionist to join their small and extremely busy team! This is a receptionist role with additional team assistant duties. It is imperative you are able to speak and write German to a native standard to be considered for this position. This is a chance to work in stunning offices in Mayfair in a friendly team where everyone works together to provide excellent service and support the CEO's. If you are a career receptionist who enjoys having additional responsibilities and is happy to be the go-to member on reception this could be an exciting new step for you!
Receptionist duties:
*Meet and Greet Clients /Visitors
*Some diary management
*Operate a switchboard, take messages and forward calls
*Coordinate meeting rooms including preparing documents and refreshments
*Ensure the office and workspace is well presented
*Recommend and arrange restaurants reservations and private dining
*Travel arrangements and transportation for employees /clients
*Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal departments
*Photocopying, scanning, filing and managing post
*Maintain kitchen and office supplies
*Work remotely from home every 4th weekend in rotation
Essential qualities:
*Fluent German and English!
*High level of attention to detail
*Able to deal with an ever changing diary
*Fast-paced and quick thinking
*UK resident
*Quick type and excellent spelling
