This top Global Sports Entertainment and Media Giant, known as one of the biggest names in their field, is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor to join their already hugely successful team.  With an already enviable client roster and with the Agency growing all the time with new acquisitions and developments, duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Providing day-to-day guidance on all HR matters
- Liaising with Managers to create job specs and descriptions
- Working closely with management on all Recruitment matters
- Interpreting contractual and legal matters
- Provide timely and professional candidate care
- Working across all maternity and paternity case management
- Supervising maternity and paternity work cases
- Continually improve exit practices
- Conduct background checks for senior hires
- Keep abreast of all reward processes/employment law changes
- Ensure all visas and working permits are up-to-date
- Managing the Account Management Grad Scheme
- Carry out disciplinary activities
- Solving and streamlining all ER queries
- Advising managers on Learning and Development
- Promote and demonstrate teamwork in the HR department
- Taking charge of all HR admin
- Ad hoc support as and when required
