A fabulous opportunity to join a busy event team at a leading City law firm. This one year fixed term contract will keep you busy supporting the broader team in delivering a high volume of events. A great chance to promote your ability to communicate at all levels, develop excellent relationships, apply meticulous attention to detail and help to enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the team with the management of events and client seminars
- Managing and coordinating room bookings for events
- Liaising with both internal and external event suppliers
- Guest list management
- Producing event collateral
- Producing evaluation feedback
- Data management and tracking of event ROI data
- Ensuring compliance to all Solicitors Regulation Authority and Bar Standards Board Scheme requirement
Requirements
- Candidates will be expected to have worked, or be working, in a similar role within a professional environment
- A confident, proactive individual prepared to take a hands-on approach using their own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written, spoken and presentational
- Flexibility with hours as this role may require some working outside our normal working hours 9:30am to 5:30 pm as overtime
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, keep calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- A quick thinker with the ability to cope with the pressure of a changing and challenging environment
