City based Advisory firm is looking for a bright, well-presented and well-spoken Receptionist/Administrator to join a boutique Investment firm, based in the heart of the City. Excellent opportunity for a college leave or recent graduate perhaps who would like that ‘foot in the door’!
Responsibilities
- Receiving visitors to the office in a professional manner
- First point of contact for all incoming business calls and handling all questions and enquiries
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms, including arranging all catering and refreshment suppliers
- Handling all incoming and outgoing post
- Conducting research for all travel options and making bookings
- Assisting with all document creation, formatting and distribution
- Printing and binding all client and marketing materials
- General office administration including photocopying, printing, scanning and filing
- Managing office stationery
- Maintaining printers and franking machine
- Setting up laptops and presentations for meetings
- Any other ad hoc administration projects
Requirement
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly flexible and adaptable, able to commit to additional time and resources when required
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
