Part Time PA

This role is a Part Time PA position based in the City of London. It will be working for my FinTech client for 3 days per week helping support the Head of Investor and Dealer Client Sales, Head of EU Business management and Regulatory Affairs and the European Product Manager.

My Client is a FinTech firm based in the City. They are the leading electronic credit trading platform for corporate bonds and CDS and are seeking a Part Time PA to join the team immediately!

Description

This role, based in my financial services client, will be supporting 3 senior LMT members; organising meetings and conferences, extensive diary management, expense reconciliation, drafting correspondence and board reports, printing and binding documentation for client meetings and booking lots of international travel.

Profile

To be successful in this Part Time PA role you must have exposure to working as a PA in a corporate environment. Financial services exposure is desired but not essential. You will need to be confident in booking travel, managing complex diaries and have very strong written and spoken English.
