This is an enviable role for an ambitious HR professional who has worked at a senior level and has experience managing departmental restructures as well as complex ER cases and managed innovative HR projects. You will have worked in a true business partnering model and have the ability to establish credibility with all stakeholders to continue to raise the profile of this progressive HR team.

You will be joining a dynamic, friendly and hard working team of impressive HR professionals who take their work seriously but are also committed to supporting their colleagues and enjoying positive working relationships.

Your duties will include:

• Design and implement practical HR solutions to business issues in collaboration with senior management
• To provide professional ER advice and support on a wide range of issues including: disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, redundancy and contractual issues
• To work collaboratively with senior management to provide advice on departmental restructures and reorganisation projects
• Implement key HR Projects - Previous exposure to this is essential

Given the 24/7 culture of this business the team all work a late night once every 8 weeks, time which is given back in lieu.
