Leading US law firm housed in stunning offices is looking to recruit a new Graduate Recruitment & Development Specialist  to run the UK and US graduate recruitment and development programmes for the London office.  Ideally looking for an experienced Specialist, who has experience of coordinating team members.  This role will be an extremely busy and varied role with a lot of responsibility, which will allow the right candidate plenty of freedom to bring in fresh ideas and make the role their own.  Responsibilities will include reviewing all graduate applications and selecting suitable candidates for assessment days or interviews, organising vacation schemes and events, maintaining relationships with target universities and career advice centers to find ways of attracting new students, ensuring that all future trainees are kept up to date with firm news, managing all GDL or LPC issues effectively, assisting with setting and maintaining the UK graduate recruitment and summer associate budgets, organising the trainee induction programme, liaising with the firm’s US offices in relation to general recruiting needs, assisting with the US Graduate Programme and booking campus interviews, and developing the induction programme for Summer Associates.  You will also be responsible for overseeing all trainees through their training contract, including handling seat allocations, overseas secondments, reviews, qualifications, booking PSC courses and offering general support with regards to any queries the trainees may have.  Ideal candidates should have at least 4 years Graduate Recruitment experience from within a law firm and should have the ability to prioritise heavy workloads under tight time constraints.  Candidates should also have a real drive and enthusiasm for Graduate Recruitment and there is a salary of up to £55,000 on offer for this role depending on experience.  Standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, however a flexible attitude will be required as there may be the possibility of overtime, particularly during busy periods of the recruitment cycle.
