Ideally for start soonest (but will wait if on notice). This is a very busy role for a team assistant to join boutique Finance firm based in Mayfair. The role is to support a team of circa 7 people (including Senior Management). The team travel frequently, so the ideal candidate will feel confident arranging (mainly European) travel (itineraries etc.) and managing their diaries fully. Other duties will include; answering calls, extensive email correspondence, processing expenses, document production and any other tasks as required. For this you will ideally be used to working calmly under pressure for a demanding (but nice!) team. You will also meet and greet all guests and oversee the office – keeping the reception and ‘break-out’ area tidy so you must be a real team player, happy to ‘roll your sleeves’ up and manage these duties ‘with a smile on your face’. You will have excellent IT skills, be enthusiastic and proactive and have excellent interpersonal skills. This a great opportunity to work within a collaborative environment that look after their staff well, values and rewards their input. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a professional corporate environment. This role is offering between £25,000 - £30,000 alongside benefits including; Life Assurance, Medical, Dental cover, 25 days holiday.
