Premises Coordinator

Our client based in central London requires a Premises Coordinator to start ASAP! You will be working a pattern: Monday to Sunday, 40 hrs per week, including some early morning, evening and weekend work on a regular basis.

The main duties are:

• Undertake repairs, decoration and redecoration as directed
• Carry out preventative maintenance work
• Responsible for tools and equipment
• Ensure storage areas are clean, tidy and security maintained
• Point of contact for all contractors
• Assist with office moves
• Health and Safety
• Support the Estates Manager with general administration
• Update contracts, compliance and maintenance calendar
• Understanding budget costs for projects and maintenance works, working within costs
• Produce regular status reports on projects and ongoing works
• Attend and complete training as required, keeping up to date with health and safety changes
• Attend meetings
• Undertake general duties as directed by the line manager

The successful candidate will have sound, multi-skilled level of experience in building/construction industry and working outside. You need to hold a valid CSCS certification. You need to be self-motivated, able to manage own time effectively, a team player with an interest in people, who enjoys working with others within a large and varied organisation. You need to have excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills, ability to respond calmly yet confidently to last minute challenges and problems, be confident and a competent independent worker. You need to have good knowledge of all Microsoft packages and an experience working in a historic building is desirable.
