Ongoing Temp Required: Finance Legal PA at International Law Firm to £21.50 per hour

A top international Law Firm is looking to recruit a temporary Legal PA to join their London Office in their Finance Department on an ongoing basis, plus this could be a temp to permanent role as this temporary role is required to cover whilst the permanent role is being recruited for.  This temporary employee will need to provide an excellent quality PA service to the Finance department (working for a team of including a Partner).  We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, is proactive is a strong team player.  Strong skills in both MS Word and Excel are essential, plus experience in billing (Interaction and/or Chrome River also beneficial).  Candidates must be available immediately and have previous legal PA experience, ideally from within a City law firm where you have managed the diaries and itineraries of senior lawyers.  Standard hours are 9:30 – 17:30.  This is initially an ongoing booking.
