Are you looking to work in a small company with strong working relationships and a family approach? A privately owned family business in greater South West London is looking for a PA to join their small friendly team! This is a 1:3 PA role at Board Level. The company has a light hearted and positive vibe with great offices and a cosy environment. This is a broad role to organise and oversee all administrative tasks which maintain the running of the office, be involved in annual events and balance all areas of the business.
Key responsibilities:
*Diary and Travel arrangements
*Meet and Greet clients
*Manage client portfolios
*Responsible for utility bills and onsite facilities
*Organise filing systems and maintain records
*Implement new administrative systems
*Record office expenditure and manage the budget
*Maintain office presentation
*Collating and distributing company reports
*Carrying out specific projects/research for senior staff
*Managing all logistics related to directors meetings
Essential qualities:
*Minimum 2 years' PA experience at board level
*Exceptional organisation skills
*Brilliant communication skills
*Problem solver and multi tasker
*Confident in project management
*Confident with IT
