We are currently looking for a PA to join a reputable company in their stunningly new and centrally located head office. You will be supporting two to three Senior Partners of a boutique financial services firm, experience as a Team PA is essential.

Your days will never be the same as you will be responsible for:

• Expenses
• Diary management
• Travel and visa arrangements
• Inbox management
• Updating the website

As the Team PA, you will also be responsible for organising company events, you must be on the pulse of what’s hip and happening in London and know all of the new restaurants, bars while having a good taste in venue and wine selection.

To be successful in this Team PA position, you must be confident and use to working in a fast paced environment. We are looking for a strong and highly competent Team PA. You will also need to IT literate, proactive, methodical with high attention to detail, efficient, approachable and flexible.
