Responsibilities

Day to day you will be responsible for:

• Managing a busy switchboard, directing calls and greeting clients
• Coordinating meetings, managing meeting rooms
• Organising catering and refreshments
• Ensuring the Reception area is kept neat and tidy
• Replenishing the Kitchen areas and sweet machines

The Requirements

The client is seeking candidates with Reception or Customer Service experience, if you have experience within Creative, Retail or Hospitality this would be desired. Must have a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to muck in.
