HR Administrator – busy and varied role, ideal for a budding HR professional with some HR experience and a good education – City based professional services – c £25K + exc bens – temp to perm – IMMEDIATE START!
Reporting to the HR Manager, this HR Administrator temp to perm opportunity would be perfect for an organised and hard working individual interested in HR with some HR experience gained within professional services.
Excellent working conditions and a flexible benefits package within this popular City based firm include 25 days holiday plus, pension, life assurance, private medical, bonus, IF STL etc.
Hours 9.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. This position is on a temp to perm basis.

To succeed within this HR Administrator temp to perm position, it is important to have the following:
· Graduate calibre / good A’ levels
· Previous HR experience within professional services
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
· Good MS Office skills and high IT literacy
· High attention to detail
· Excellent interpersonal talents
· Initiative and proactive approach
· Strong work ethic
· Ability to start immediately and complete a temp to perm position
Opportunities for involvement within this HR Administrator temp to perm position include:
· Co-ordinating HR administration, including drafting offer letters and contracts
· Organising induction programmes
· Maintaining HR database
· Maintaining HR files
· Co-ordinating a firm-wide training programme
· Booking external training courses
· Checking and processing training invoices
· Preparing payment slip requests
· Assisting in the management and tracking of the training budget
· Diary management for firm-wide events
· Co-ordinating agendas for monthly HR team meetings
· Taking minutes at meetings on a monthly rotation
· Processing reference requests
· Maintaining training records and logging CPD points
· Completing HR filing
· Assisting with HR projects and administration
· Reviewing the efficiency of the HR administration processes
· Producing correspondence
· General reporting of management information
