Fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join an International business based in North West London.

 

The Executive Assistant will be joining the business at a crucial, but exciting time of change, and will be responsible to act as a gatekeeper.

 

The ideal Executive Assistant will be educated to a Degree level, with a wealth of experience supporting members of the Board across multiple time zones.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • International diary management
  • Arranging complex, international travel and accommodation, producing associated itineraries & organising visas, when required
  • Inbox management
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes when required
  • Produce reports, letters and presentations on various software packages from dictation, notes or draft correspondence where appropriate
  • Operating as part of the social committee in the , management of company social events
  • Acting as an ambassador: dealing with sensitive matters confidentially; behaving in a loyal & professional manner within the workplace at all times; and having a welcoming approach to members of staff
  • Ensuring an 'open door' approach is represented but subtly acting as gate keeper/ first point of contact, dealing with matters directly when possible but communicating back when necessary
  • Continuously dealing with confidential matters in a professional and diplomatic manner
  • Liaising and co-ordinating projects
