Office Assistant – boutique finance, West London

This sociable and successful finance company are looking for an Office Assistant to join a support team of 2 to help ensure the smooth running of their offices, based in Notting Hill.

This is a varied role with elements of HR admin, office management, events and team support. Duties will include, but not limited to; uploading CVs, scheduling interviews, updating spreadsheets, pulling off reports, ordering stationery, booking travel, clearing meeting rooms, invoicing, tracking payments, ad hoc research tasks and helping with events organisation.

You will be reporting in to the HR / Operations Manager who has a direct link to the CEO, so this is a fantastic opportunity to learn and have a vast amount of exposure from day one.

This role will suit a polite and professional graduate with at least 6 months’ office experience, ideally within a corporate environment. You will be a team player with a “no job is too big or small” attitude and be helpful, observant, tidy and happy to run errands when needed.

Salary £23-£25,000 plus excellent benefits.
