Store Manager - 28k London Metro Supermarket Store. To start mid-November. This role is in the heart of London at a fast paced retailer. Starting from around £25,000 with the chance to grow to £30,000 within the first 12 Months of employment. 40 Hours p/w including one Saturday a month where you will be expected to do a 6 hour shift.

This role is located in London at a Metro Supermarket. it is a fantastic opportunity for a manager looking for a new challenge to take on a team of up to 20 shop floor employees. You will be expected to report into your area Manager on a weekly basis. You will not be doing this job alone you will have the support of Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager.

Essential:
Being able to lead a team of up to 20 Employees Maintaining high Customer service at all times.

• To be an energetic individual with a drive to exceed monthly targets.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and influencing others to do so.
• Dealing with customer complaints, Solving Solutions on the shop floor and back of house
• Aftercare with products and customers
• Previous customer service experience in retail.
• Previous experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.

Being a manger in your current employer is essential, you must be able to demonstrate your skills via a phone interview or a role play in person. I have placed 3 people at this company in the last year, who I am still in contact with now and they all still talk about how much they have progressed and enjoy the place that they work. Previous employment in food retail is not essential when applying for this role, but would be beneficial.
