THE COMPANY:


Our client, a leading property company based in the West End is looking for an experienced Team PA to support the team in a wide range of activities and enable them to make the best use of time. THE ROLE:

To support a Surveyor and 2 Directors as well as providing support for relevant teams as required.
  • International and domestic travel booking - as and when required employing efficiency and precision.
  • Ensure delivery of a consistently high standard of administration, support and guidance on the production of internal and external documentation and reporting including minute-taking. 
  • Able to identify inefficient processes and practices or areas where administration practices could be improved.
  • Diary Management - Proactive and accurate diary management.
  • Organisation of meetings, calls, video conferences and team events.
  • Ability to manage meetings that often involve participants of high importance, seniority and influence.
  • Production of presentations using PowerPoint and papers using Word and Excel for external presentations. 
  • Provide guidance, standards, templates and assistance with presenting external and (formal) internal documents and communications.
  • Actively coordinate projects as required and organise Placemaking team events.
  • Involvement in projects and ad hoc tasks as and when required.

THE PERSON:
  • Proven experience as a PA in a similar role to director level. 
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel. 
  • Teamwork - Working collaboratively with others, practical and pragmatic approach to getting things done..
  • Positive attitude – Confident and willing to take initiative.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent organisational skills.
  • Flexible and able to manage effectively a number of priorities at any one time, prioritising activities that create greatest value and managing time, cost and resources effectively.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral with strong attention to detail.
  • Highest levels of attention to detail.
