THE COMPANY:


 


Our client is a highly prestigious and well established property/real estate firm. They manage and invest some on the UK’s most import land, property and assets. They are currently seeking an experienced Team Administrator to support the Windsor office.


 


THE ROLE:


 
  •  To join the facilities management project team and assist in capturing and recording accurate data in the facilities management system (Planet)
 
  • To ensure that an efficient and effective customer focussed service is provided to all customers, both internal and external
  • To provide administrative support to operational departments, ensuring procedures are performed effectively with a disciplined approach

  • Maintain data integrity and security
 

Key Tasks:


 
  • Data capture and record keeping on the facilities management system (Planet)
 
  • Develop a good working knowledge of the facilities management system (Planet)
 
  • Receive and process sales orders for select products (e.g. forestry produce, permits)
 
  • Administrative tasks, ensuring accurate records are maintained
 
  • Receive visitors to the office
 


THE PERSON:


 

Knowledge and experience:

 
  • Good numerical ability
  • Very comfortable with new technology and using with a variety of applications
  • Record of engaging effectively with others
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks simultaneously
  • Be able to demonstrate a customer focused approach to service delivery
