Administration & Health & Safety Coordinator required to provide full support to the Facilities/Admin Manager of an extremely welcoming and rewarding firm of Financial Consultants in the West End.

Based in stunning, modern offices with an on-site cafeteria and a stone’s throw from London’s Bond Street, they are looking for an extremely confident and well skilled Secretary who has proven H&S experience.

Providing full admin support to the Facilities/Admin Manager and team, the role will include diary management, arranging and minuting meetings, booking travel, finance admin, ordering suppliers and all other facilities administration. You will also be responsible for the management of Health and Safety for the whole building of circa 300 staff.

THE H&S element will take up a large part of the role and will include:

  • Conduct day one Admin/H&S inductions for all new joiners
  • Carry out and document workstation assessments,
  • Purchase H&S aids and equipment.
  • Present a quarterly H&S induction for new joiners (PowerPoint and video presentation)
  • Organise all H&S training
