We are looking for an exceptional coordinator to assist with the review process at a leading global investment management firm. This is a great opportunity to join a fabulous company with amazing offices and a staff focused culture. You will be professional with impeccable organisational skills, accuracy and superb calendaring with the ability to schedule meetings across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Sending review communications, tracking documents, scheduling meetings, collecting review documents from assistants
  • Preparing review meeting agenda packets, document management, emailing final reviews
  • Acting as a scribe during manager feedback discussions, capturing the discussion, accurately attributing the comments to each manager
  • Attending conference calls across multiple time zones
  • Writing first draft of the performance review and making edits based on manager feedback
  • Regular interaction with other coordinators, assistants, HR and managers within the business

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and innately methodical
  • Experience with directly handling highly confidential information
  • HR experience, ideally experience specifically in dealing with reviews and review cycles
  • Professional maturity, comfortable working independently and able to work with a variety of personalities and work styles
  • Strong excel skills, basic SharePoint knowledge, fast and accurate note taking
  • Familiarity with writing performance reviews is preferred
