We have a fantastic role for a leading charity within their HR department.

The role is a busy varied administration role supporting the team.

You will be assisting with Learning and Development

  • Organising and facilitating induction days and learning sessions
  • Processing training requests
  • Sourcing training and development courses
  • Updating training records

Recruitment

  • Dealing with recruitment agencies
  • answering questions from potential candidates
  • Prepare interview packs and book the meeting rooms
  • Write job adverts
  • advertise vacancies online and social media

Payroll

  • Update the systems with new starters

General

  • Update holiday and sickness records
  • Update new starters
  • Process staff benefit requests
  • Be the first point of contact for HR
  • Projects

This is a fabulous role for a leading charity who are based in the heart of Hampstead, close to Belsize Park and Hampstead Heath overground.

You do need to have some HR experience in a similar role within a HR environment. Have an understand of confidentially all times, as well as good experience of working in a busy office environment. You also need to have proven experience of using all MS Office applications and able to mail merge with ease.

The hours are 9-5. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

The closing date for the role is Wednesday 26th October.
